To recognize Dealers, Member Distributor employees, suppliers and individuals who demonstrate the willingness to go a step beyond "Achieving Customer Expectations".
Examples:
- A dealer that handles an out-of-area claim on the Freedom Plan or Coast-to-Coast, and makes an extra effort recognized by the customer to provide exemplary service
- Anytime Memphis gets a letter from a customer recognizing exemplary service or treatment by a dealer
- Any individual that is singled out by a Director, PM, Dealer, Supplier or customer for going above and beyond the call of duty to resolve a problem, lend a hand, or provide support
- A Program Manager, Director or Member Distributor employee that demonstrates commitment to the ACCC program by volunteering time and effort to help develop or improve the programs for the betterment of the company
- A supplier/ACCC account manager that goes beyond expectations to provide service, resolve a problem, or provide support
- Anyone in the network whose actions speak louder than their words regarding support of the overall program
Process:
- The nomination form here must completed and submitted to the Memphis marketing department for consideration
- The nomination will be researched and approved and sent to Len Lewin for final approval with a letter of recognition
- All awards are stored in Memphis and once a nominee has been approved, a signed letter of recognition and award will be mailed to the recipient, a press release issued to the M/D and trades (if deemed appropriate) and a write-up included in the ACCCelerator and on the website
